Chapter 8 - The Press Conference Disaster: Flynn Vance Exposed On Live Television

At 10:00 AM on Thursday, Flynn held an emergency press conference at the New
York Grand Plaza Hotel to reassure shareholders and stem the rapid collapse of
Vance Global’s stock.
Reporters from Bloomberg, CNBC, and the Wall Street Journal filled the
auditorium, cameras flashing relentlessly as Flynn took the podium, looking
exhausted and disheveled beneath his expensive suit.
“Ladies and gentlemen,” Flynn began, forcing a confident smile. “Rumors
regarding leadership disputes within Vance Global have been grossly exaggerated.
Our core infrastructure contracts remain solid, and our family legacy is
stronger than ever. My wife and I are simply undergoing private restructuring—”
Before he could finish his sentence, the giant projection screens behind the
podium suddenly flickered to life.
The live stream feed cut directly to the delivery room security logs and
hospital visitor records from Mount Sinai Hospital, stamped with official
timestamps from Monday afternoon.
Audio recordings began playing through the grand speakers—Flynn’s cold, arrogant
voice echoing through the entire room:
“Selena already gave me a son. He’s fifteen months old. Your child won’t carry
my name. I’ll compensate you with money.”
A collective, horrified gasp rippled across the auditorium. Flashbulbs went off
like a lightning storm as reporters began shouting over one another:
“Mr. Vance! Did you abandon your wife during labor to bring your mistress to
Cartier?” “Is it true the Master Trustee has frozen all corporate assets for
gross moral violation?” “What is the status of the MagLev transit patents?”
Flynn gripped the sides of the podium, his face turning purple with humiliation.
“Turn that off! Cut the feed right now!”
The main doors at the back of the auditorium swung wide open.
I walked in, dressed in an immaculate ivory tailored pantsuit, accompanied by
Rachel Bennett and flanked by four state marshals.
The room fell completely silent as I walked down the center aisle with absolute
grace and power.
I took the microphone from the secondary podium, looked straight into the news
cameras, and spoke with calm, devastating precision:
“As Master Trustee of the Vance Sovereign Trust and owner of all active
infrastructure patents, I have officially executed the emergency removal of
Flynn Vance as Chief Executive Officer. Vance Global will be absorbed into
Sterling Vanguard Infrastructure effective immediately. Mr. Vance no longer
holds any executive, operational, or financial authority in this company.”

Flynn stood frozen behind the podium, completely destroyed on live international
television.
